- Catering and Hospitality
Supply Chain Director
Minimum requirements
GSB is looking for an experienced Supply Chain Director to lead our end-to-end supply chain and report directly to our CEO. You’ll own procurement, the Central Warehouse, inventory, logistics, fleet and cold chain, keeping around 150 operating locations supplied across offshore rigs, onshore rigs, our Central Kitchen and Corporate Services.
Industry: Catering and hospitality.
What you’ll lead:
- Procurement strategy, category management and measurable savings
- Supplier performance, contracting and commercial governance
- Warehouse and inventory control, from stock accuracy to working capital
- Logistics, fleet and cold-chain integrity across the Kingdom
- Demand planning and supply continuity during mobilizations and peak periods
- A team of 7 managers across Procurement, Logistics, Fleet and QHSE
What we’re looking for:
- 15+ years of progressive supply chain leadership, ideally in contract catering, food service, hospitality, oil & gas or multisite operations
- Significant Saudi Arabia / GCC experience
- A proven record of delivering savings, strengthening controls and improving supplier and inventory performance
- Strong commercial acumen and ERP experience
- Fluent English; Arabic is a strong advantage
- CIPS, CSCP, CPSM or Lean / Six Sigma qualifications are a plus

QHSE Manager
Minimum requirements
The QHSE and Hygiene Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining Quality, Health, Safety, Environmental (QHSE), and Hygiene programs and systems. This role ensures compliance with local and international regulations, internal policies, and best practices to safeguard employees, customers, and stakeholders, and to promote operational excellence.

Education & Experience Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Food Safety, Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in a similar QHSE or hygiene role.
- Professional certifications (NEBOSH, ISO Lead Auditor, HACCP, Food Safety Level4).
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards (22000, 9001, 14001, 45001), HACCP, GMP, and other relevant regulations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

Procurement Supervisor
Minimum requirements
To supervise and coordinate procurement activities for catering and hospitality operations, ensuring the timely and cost-effective purchasing of food, beverages, equipment, supplies, and services while maintaining quality standards and compliance with company policies.

Education & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the catering, hospitality, food service, or food production industry.
- Good knowledge of food products, catering supplies, kitchen equipment, and hospitality purchasing requirements.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics ERP is preferred.
