GSB has delivered nutrition and integrated support services across Saudi Arabia since 1976. From four central kitchens and 150+ operating locations we produce 4.5 million meals a month for the sectors that keep the Kingdom running.

Headquartered in Dammam, we operate as an extension of our clients’ own operations — onshore, offshore, and in the demanding environments in between.

Around a third of all food produced globally is wasted. As a supporter of the UN Sustainable Development Goals, and Goal 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production) in particular, GSB launched La Israf: a digitalised food-waste programme across every GSB-managed outlet, backed by employee training and a customer education platform, and targeting a 50% reduction by 2030.

Responsibility built into the operation

Running at this scale carries an obligation. GSB reduces food waste through the La Israf programme, segregates waste at source, and has sponsored 300+ students into the industry through the national FHM training centre.
